Born out of my tiny Brooklyn apartment, Home Harvest was my take on farm-to-table meal delivery—complete with reusable packaging because I wasn’t going to do it any other way. For a year, I poured everything into it—creating new menus every week, sourcing locally, calculating costs, prepping, cooking, and delivering meals to over 25 homes. I hit $20K in sales and learned more than I ever imagined.
I loved it… until I didn’t. Eventually, I realized what I craved was space to grow—creatively, as a chef, and as an entrepreneur. Home Harvest may return one day, never say never, but for now, it’s a beautiful chapter that sparked everything I’m doing today.
